Description of the Service

EasyCargo is a web-based load optimization software. Your use of the Service is your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, however Provider Bee Interactive s.r.o. will do all it can to provide you with a 99% uptime of the service.

Eligibility

You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other required information to complete the sign-up process. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your account. One company or individual may not maintain more than one free account.

You agree to accept emails with updates or other information regarding EasyCargo. These emails will not be sent to you more often than once per month. You can unsubscribe from receiving these emails with an unsubscribe link included in such an email.

Payment Terms

Bee Interactive s.r.o. gives you access to have a promo license account for 10 days. In case your company wants a full account, the Service is billed in advance on a monthly, yearly, or individual agreed basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade accounts, or for months unused with an open account. All fees are exclusive of all taxes or duties imposed by governing authorities. You alone are responsible for the payment of all such taxes or duties. In case of an upgrade or downgrade of your account, you will be invoiced with the new rate in the next billing cycle.

In case you pay with PayPal, you must also accept PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy.

Reference list

Should you decide to order and pay or have ordered and paid EasyCargo license, we can present your company logo in the list of EasyCargo references. In case you wish not to be listed in our reference list, please let us know using the contact form on the EasyCargo web page.

Modification to Fees and Services

Provider Bee Interactive s.r.o. reserves the right to change Service fees upon 30 days notice from us and reserves the right to discontinue the Service of any account upon 30 days notice by us.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for not registering more than once to obtain 10 days for free. One person is allowed to experience EasyCargo for 10 days for free only once. This applies also to one company personnel too. In that case, only one person in the company can experience EasyCargo for 10 days for free. We reserve the right to cancel your Promo license instantly in case we detect a violation of these rules. If another person in the company needs to use an additional free trial period, contact us to agree on an exception, please.

You will indemnify and hold Bee Interactive s.r.o. and its affiliates, agents, and employees harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, and expense (including reasonable attorney fees) suffered or incurred by reason of any claims, proceedings, or suits based on or arising out of the use of the Service.

Cookies

Some parts of EasyCargo websites use cookies to collect information about visitors’ use of the Web site and to facilitate return visits. Information collected about users’ activity may be done in partnership using a third-party tracking tool. The information collected from cookies is tracked to enhance security and to improve the functionality of the Web site by avoiding duplicate data entry, facilitating navigation, and increasing the relevance of content. Cookies on the site may collect the following information: a unique identifier, user preferences and profile information used to personalize the content that is shown, and membership information to access the site’s services. Some cookies used by the EasyCargo web page may remain on the user’s computer after they leave the Web site.

Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for the proper cancellation of your account. You can cancel your account at any time by contacting Service Support via e-mail support@easycargo3d.com or phone call on demand. Any other way of communicating cancelations is not considered. There will be no refund if you cancel the Service before the end of your current, paid-up month or year, and you will not be charged thereafter. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation is immediate, and all of your Content will be immediately deleted from our records.

The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bee Interactive s.r.o. and governs your use of the Service.
